Excellent service from staff. Bianca is always smiling and always engaging and knows the names of regular customers which gives that friendly touch. Always call me personally to advise of deliveries. The storage facility always clean and fully functional in terms of lighting, availability of trollies and operational lift. A well run professional and friendly environment.
One of the best customer services I’ve experienced yet! While plans changed and I didn’t get to use the storage facility eventually, Liam especially was so patient, helpful and professional every time I communicated with him via phone call or email. (Bianca too). The process was so seamless and I definitely would use them if I ever need to use a storage facility in Dundee again. Fair pricing too, but again, I was mostly wowed by the level of professionalism. Thanks to Liam and everyone at Armadillo Self Storage! Fola xx
