Absolutely smooth and professional experience with Bianca; she provided an experience beyond expectations; explained things in a way that was very easy to understand and digest and helped navigate varying situations that, if mismanaged, could have caused discomfort or confusion. Had a great experience at the storage today. Liam at the front desk was super helpful and friendly — made everything quick and easy. Really appreciate the support! 😊 but the insurance is a bit pricy, I have told one of their staff and hopefully they can help me cancel that later.
