Ritchie listened to the details of the reason I was looking for storage, asked a couple of questions to clarify things then offered me a storage unit with 24 hour access, clearly explained to me how everything worked and what I could access from armadillo (trolleys, toilets etc) and went through all the legal information clearly and concisely, he could not have been more helpful and I would highly recommend armadillo storage to anyone

Your representative at the site (Bianca) was very helpful and friendly. Everything was fully explained regarding the contract, the facility, etc. We were fully walked through the access process and shown to our storage locker so that we were fully aware of location and entrance/exit routes. The whole experience was flawless.
