Professional and friendly from start to finish.

Customer service was great from collegues on site, so easy to check in and when we had to change the unit due to it not being big enough it was no hassle. Collegaue was very friendly and price of the storage was great as we received a discount.

I had never used a storage facility before and the procedure was explained step by step.
