I was contacted very quickly after my initial online enquiry and Gavin was friendly, helpful and very informative. The team kept in touch regularly and made sure I had all the information I needed without making me feel pressurised. Hayley was extremely efficient and again very friendly and welcoming on "moving in day" and explained procedures and costs clearly.

The process of booking a storage space was very easy. The team were very helpful in explaining the procedure ad the price breakdown. I was able to check in my details online which made it easier. However, I was never made aware that it was mandatory to bring my own lock on the day of booking otherwise I had to purchase one in reception. I was not happy about that.
