Everything was explained well and made easy to understand.

Cheack in took long time

Brilliant, both people I dealt with were very understanding and kind helped me and my friend out alot and suggested we share a space to make it easier for us, made me feel very at ease and very chatty which made it alot less stressful and were very patient with me when I was asking questions.

Gavin and Hayley were very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained all of the procedures very well, and were totally understanding of my mobility issues. They allowed me to take my time to load the storage room, a very plesant experience, I will use you again and recommend you to friends.

I thought it was handled very well from the new bloke he was pleasant and helpful when I asked questions. He was also very respectful of the 2m distancing rules. The lift and the trollies were very handy for carrying the bigger objects I was moving in.

So easy to organise. Was really impressed with the measures taken to slow the spread of Covid-19. Hailey was really friendly - could not fault her. Everything well explained & price very good
