friendly & helpful staff, easy to find and drive up to, much cheaper than i was expecting

Excellent help from staff made things very easy and quick.

very friendly and helpful staff. Only down point was that the lift is broken, and I had unloaded a car load and was standing at lift to find it was not working. No notice on it.

Staff at Dundee store are top notch!

Service was excellent and facility was clean and tidy.

Over all it went well just think the corridors could have a little more space as if someone else was loading/unloading another locker at the same time it would have been madness..

People I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, got a little bit of conflicting information at first but was sorted easily and quickly with no hassle. Got told the wrong room size but was able to downsize also with no trouble

Cheerful efficient staff who new what they were doing but with an eye for "selling up" and not just "telling"
