Great customer service given by Gavin and Mandy for my storage questions and needs. So all round very happy with the outcome.

using your online check is fast and simple, which saved us time on arrival. The store was busy and we did have to wait 30minutes as there was only one person on. However Gavin dealt with the situation in a friendly and professionally manner so we didn't mind considering he was on his own, he is a credit your store.

Gavin Niven provided me with excellent customer service when i was looking for quotes for 4weeks and 8weeks storage and went out of his way to make the transition of moving items into storage very easy and less stressful

Great customer service, incredibly helpful and willing to work with my dad and I to make sure we got all our stuff packed in time, as well as find solutions to various problems that had cropped up on our end. Prior to the actual move-in, everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and speedy in getting me to a solution that worked out. Couldn't have done everything we needed to do the day of my move without such helpful staff.
