FIRST TIME I HAVE USED A STORAGE SERVICE - STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL; IT WAS SIMPLE TO ARRANGE AND FACILITY IS GREAT

In the middle of dealing with a complicated move relocating back to the UK from America Armadillo has been a great support. Having been in contact with them for the last six months from California Mandy has taken me step by step through the process so that when we actually met everything went extremely smoothly. Added to this....very good value for money. This nice young lady even printed out directions for me to get back through the city to pick up public transport. A gem...well done. I look forward to the possibility of dealing with them in a few months when my overseas belongings are shipped.

Everything was done over the phone although i had to pay more than i was told for the move in fee. It wasnt explained clearly over the phone exactly what would have to be paid on the day.

Very friendly staff, explained everything to us, the storage place is very clean and well maintained, was easy to get parked and move furniture etc. Would be great if it was open Sundays for people who work during the week. Overall, great service and would recommend.

I originally booked 80 sq feet room but when I seen the space I discovered it would not be big enough. The manager said it was not a problem and immediately said I could change it to a 100 sq feet room. Excellent Service

This was my first experience of using a storage facility and I have to say that it was so easy and quick to deal with, Staff were 1st class and would recomend to others and use again!

I needed temporary accommodation for myself as well as for my furniture until my new build house would be finished. I decided to put my furniture into self storage with Armadilo as this was, after receiving a few quotes from reputable removal and storage companies, undoubtably the best and most cost effective solution. First of all I was very impressed by the very friendly and helpful staff members and their attitude, secondly by the storage depot and the handing of all relevant paperwork and convenience of unloading or loading of furniture and thirdly by the very good value for money. I was offered help beyond expectation and would recommend Armadillo Dundee without a doubt to anybody.
