Being a first time and very reluctant user of self-storage facilities, the help and advice provided by the on-line advisor and Armadillo staff made it (almost) hassle free! Big Yellow have promised to rectify the only glitch which proved a major headache in a tight schedule, by notifiying people that there is a couple of days delay in delivering boxes and packing material to "remote places in the UK" - ask, as their idea of remote differs greatly from the majority of people fortunate enough to live in Scotland.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Ensured the best deal for my needs. Happy that I know my property is safe and secure. Always willing to help .

We have been using this storage company for the last 3 years as our daughter has been a student at Dundee University. We have always found the staff extremely helpful! We are optomistic that we will continue using this storage place for the next 4 years as our youngest daughter will now be going to Dundee University. I feel very confident about leaving treasured belongings there and would recommend people to try it. I only hope the high standards continue.

Used storage for the first time whilst in between buying and selling properties and didnt know how long I'd need storage. The service was excellent and were flexible with my needs. Security was excellent and was happy with the moving equipment to make it hassle free for moving in and out.
