Great customer service, incredibly helpful and willing to work with my dad and I to make sure we got all our stuff packed in time, as well as find solutions to various problems that had cropped up on our end. Prior to the actual move-in, everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and speedy in getting me to a solution that worked out. Couldn't have done everything we needed to do the day of my move without such helpful staff.

Have used armadillo several times, and I find the staff very helpful and obligingly. I have never had any problems with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly. They gave me tea with sugar when I was dehydrated and low on sugar. Clear instructions.
