Simon was great, fully understood what I was asking for and helped me out over the phone and once I had gotten to the storage unit. (He also helped me find Alan-keys in B&Q 😂) fully recommend!!
Great experience with Liam when organising booking the room. The next day we were helped by Bianca who was so lovely throughout the whole experience - she was very knowledgeable and supportive. Bianca and Liam were both very helpful. Had a last minute problem with the house and was able to very easily get a spot the same day. Quick and efficient move in along with a cup of tea! Would highly recommend this storage. We have also changed our storage plans several times and the team have been very understanding and accommodating.
