A really good experience - the value is great, and the customer service made the process very smooth. The guy at the desk (Simon, if I recall correctly) was really decent. I originally reserved a 25 sq ft space, but he pointed out to me on arrival that that was way too much for the amount I had brought with me, and suggested I use one of their smaller storage spaces. It was the perfect size for my stuff and less than 1/2 the price of the 25 sq ft option.
