Big Yellow Sore in Ealing , great facility , great staff

I have been their customer continuously since 2020. I don't plan on moving because our cooperation runs smoothly. Safety is their biggest strength. I'm not afraid of my stuff being stolen. Their human approach to the customer is equally important to me. 5 star experience.

I had the worst experience with The man in the front desk, he is rude, talks down to me, i would submit a full complain when i have time. Plus access hours are not convenient at all! I haven’t been able to access my stuff because by the time i finish work the storage is shut!

Well-secured and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Making me feel welcome, respected and safe as a lone female client negotiating a unit move independently and without help, I was never patronised. You should be so proud of your team but you should definitely get some female employees on board to mirror the other half of your clients.
