Nice staff. Would be easier access if folks weren't selfish enough to park where there are no bollards in front of the doors. Do have mouse problem from time to time tho like all these places.

I’ve been served by Jade and Lloyd at Big Yellow Storage West Ealing on multiple occasions, and their service is always phenomenal. Today, I managed to lose the keys to my storage unit, and the way they handled the situation was brilliant. They were calm, helpful, and solution-focused from start to finish. They talked me through the new lock service, which I decided to take, and their approach felt genuine rather than pushy — a great example of how to upsell properly while still delivering excellent customer care. They were incredibly polite, professional, and we even had a good laugh along the way, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how demanding these roles can be, and Jade and Lloyd are a real credit to the company.
