I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Lloyd at Big Yellow Storage in Southall Ealing side. He’s been incredibly kind and thoroughly professional in every aspect of helping me out. He made everything super easy, got me a fantastic deal, gave me a bunch of advice to make my stay easier with the new app etc and really took the time to walk me through all my options. He even showed me multiple locker units and made sure I ended up with the perfect one, especially swapping me to a different space when he noticed one locker had a beam that might limit space. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his job and his customers. Genuinely lovely character is Lloyd and so is the other lady and Staff I spoke to on the phone - a really great experience overall. 5 stars from me. Danny, Ealing

Great storage facility, simple set up and great staff

Mosh was amazing to deal with. Always on hand to help and good conversation. I enjoy working for the unit when he’s around
