Return client but the staff still keep me up to date with the process

All the team members I spoke to were very helpful on the phone and instore. I spoke to Michael and Tariq.

Michael who has now helped us on two occasions has been brilliant, helpful and informative. His excellent interpersonal people skills are a model for others to aspire to. Tariq was also very helpful, informative and friendly on the phone.

Not completely clear on the website that I would have to pay a month upfront even though I was only staying for one week but the refund was processed efficiently by the store manager when I vacated the room after 8 days.

It was made to look quite easy .

The process was very smooth. I didn't expect that I will get immediate response from the team. Mikael was friendly and explained the procedures and process clearly which helped us to make a quick decision. He went through stage by stage and gave us different point of view and how it would help us. Overall the team helped very well. Good service.
