The whole process from the beginning until the end was clear. Michael was very helpful and he patiently explained everything, from the contract until the access conditions and movement. As first time users of storage we were happy to have this process smooth and easy.

The service I received was excellent! Michael was great and really pulled out all the stops to make my move as smooth as possible. I hope all your colleagues are as polite and well knowledge as he was. Will definitely recommend Big Yellow based on my experience I had.
