Arranged storage at Big Yellow in Edinburgh today. Tracy was fantastic and a joy to deal with. Set it up for us on the spot and was able to get two loads in on the same day. Brilliant.

Excellent Customer Service

We turned up without an appointment today and were helped by Tracy, she set us up with a 50 sq ft container and walked us through the process, then took us up to our storage area. Big yellow seems organised and the storage area is clean and secure. Tracy was so helpful and really a delight to deal with.

Visited to look to rent storage. Tracey (or Tracy incase) was knowledgable and explained everything as I had no clue what I needed. Process was easy enough and made to feel welcome on all trips and team always nice and friendly

Great staff. Very helpful and always make the mood lighter and move easier. Tracey was very helpful and she made the whole end to end process very smooth. I’ll definitely recommend big yellow to all.
