All went fine with check in. Gill at reception very friendly and helpful.

So far so good! Gillian was a superstar, made everything really easy for me, and she was kind and super friendly. The whole building is really clean and very well organised. There are signs everywhere so you can't get lost. I am very happy so far :)

Gillian was fantastic! She showed us various sizes of units and helped us make the best choice for our circumstances and get a great deal too. She was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you so much!

Gill at Big yellow self Storage Edinburgh has been an absolute legend. Super friendly, genuinely helpful, and a great laugh. A very good self storage place as they really give you the space of only what you need. You can book a bigger room and downsize at front desk depending on the amount of stuff you have. Gill was wonderful helping with the contract termination.
