Your staff are great. They were obviously really good at making the experience smooth etc but they are just really nice people. For me, it's been a stressful week, the point of checking in and loading in was about the 80% point of whole process and I still had a cross country journey to do after. I was tired and flat energy, but during the check in just having a normal, human interaction with both your desk staff but mainly my man who's name I can't recall due to tiredness, kind of levelled me up and gave me energy for the rest of the day. Whilst checking in I saw multiple other people arrive and speak with both staff and everyone got the same, really nice, smiley, welcoming service. Everyone. I know you don't pay people to chat excessively with customers, but in my case, it really changed my day, and I massively needed and appreciated it. They knew as well, as we talked through the reasons and what was going into storage. They could see, they offered me water, you know all the little things that really silver line a service in a typically stressful/tiresome situation. So yeah, basically, your staff are good humans, as well as good at their job. Rarer than you think and literally the only reason I'm filling in this feedback form at all.

The personal attention, friendliness and professionalism of everyone we met was remarkable. We discussed our storage needs with Lakeem Jackson and he was extremely helpfull in enabling us to find what we needed. The process was friendly, professional and without pressure. The price is also very good. Thank you to everyone at Big Yellow and especiallu Lakeem Jackson at the Edmonton branch.
