Great, lady that assisted me was amazing, made me feel comfortable and calm about using the storage (I had worries as I never used storage before)

The lady I spoke to on the phone made everything very clear and went above and beyond to help. When I came to move in Stephanie was amazing and again went above and beyond to help me out on what was an extremely stressful day

The process of booking in and getting my unit yesterday took nearly two hours

The store advertised that there is a forklift service, yet on my first visit I have been told that this servise is unavailable for new customers which made me very unhappy and stressed On my second visit I was told that there is this service and there is no problem. It happens I spoke to forklift operator second time. Shame there is no wifi and pronting facility to connect own printer or even at the reception at small extra cost
