The store advertised that there is a forklift service, yet on my first visit I have been told that this servise is unavailable for new customers which made me very unhappy and stressed On my second visit I was told that there is this service and there is no problem. It happens I spoke to forklift operator second time. Shame there is no wifi and pronting facility to connect own printer or even at the reception at small extra cost

It was very easy to book and the customer service was fantastic! Got a call back from Leila and she was very friendly and helpful! She showed me round and advised on loading the trolleys. Wonderful customer service from her, I give her 10 out of 10
