Everything was straightforward, well explained and easy

The two workers were very friendly, helpful and professional. The facility was very busy causing a delay in processing, they were doing a really good job at serving everyone but it did feel like there should of been a third worker to support them and that two people for what can be quite a time consuming process (going through paper work, showing space etc) for a number of people doesn't feel adequate. This is not a reflection on the workers themselves, they were working so hard and being very professional.

The entire process was handled well from quotation to move in. Your college Lakeen was particularly helpful and good in explaining everything that needed to be done for signing the contract and later during the move in. Compliments to your staff.

I did most of it online. The website was easy to use. I did return a phone call on receiving a voicemail but the conversation didn’t as much to my understanding.
