Darren talked us all the way. Even when we arrived after 6pm he took the time to explain how we could get the extended access. Friendly service and practical installations. The trolleys were a bit dodgy but I guess that happens very quickly after all the use!

I booked my storage unit online and found the process really simple. I booked in early online also so when I arrived at the big yellow storage, all I needed to do was to sign some paperwork and hand in my ID.
The online process was easy and intuitive. Sorting out the inventory before arriving made life super simple on the day. Darren, who checked us in on the day was extremely helpful, showed us the various options and helped us secure a larger space which made life a lot easier. He generally had a great manner, friendly, polite and imensely helpful. We can't thank him enough.
