Considering Big Yellow gave us the cheapest storage quotes I though that maybe the service would not be as thorough or professional as other options. From the first quote, every person we have dealt with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. When checking in at the Edmonton Big Yellow we were served by Esh who could not do enough for us. He was polite, friendly, professional but also funny and made the experience simple and stress free. Can't recommend this place more highly!

Very easy, and helpful and friendly customer service. Esh and Chrissie were both extremely helpful and friendly.

It was made really easy by the staff member in the Big Yellow. He explained me about everything and informed me about all the security procedures.

Darren talked us all the way. Even when we arrived after 6pm he took the time to explain how we could get the extended access. Friendly service and practical installations. The trolleys were a bit dodgy but I guess that happens very quickly after all the use!

Everything was nice and easy. Person I have contact and helped me on desk was very helpful and she (Magda) gave me all the information I needed.

I booked my storage unit online and found the process really simple. I booked in early online also so when I arrived at the big yellow storage, all I needed to do was to sign some paperwork and hand in my ID.
