Magda understood my inquiry very well, prepared a flexible offer for few different sizes of storage and reserved the most needed for me. On the day she explained to me all the details about the account and the access to the storage. Signing the documents did it take lake longer than needed.

Very easy. Made everything very clear what I needed to do and what I needed to bring. Didn’t like being called whilst at work though email contact is better

My initial telephone enquiry to Enfield store was very seamless and the follow up contact was very good too. Then received another call from Darren regarding change move in date. When I changed my mind to Edmonton store Magda was very helpful and got a very good deal from both her and Darren too. Moving in was seamless and access to the room was great.

The whole process was perfect. Special mention goes to Darren for his customer service at the centre, 10/10 Outstanding.
