Your staff were very proactive both on phone and e-mail to ensure that I was checked in online and that I had everything with me on the day. There was huge flexibility as well when I needed to change date of moving in and size of room. Very good.

Originally i contacted 3 different storage units in the area. This one was not pushy and very easy to deal with. Easy to use, we could reserve in advance and input all details online. Arriving, the staff were great, all carried a smile. Esh was very welcoming. He didn't mind at all that we hadn't filled out the forms properly and went through them with us then and there, which was really nice. He gave us a comprehensive tour of the site and made it clearly understandable how to access and exit. Can't rate the service highly enough.
Esh handled our initial enquiry, no Christalla Avraam handled the check in process and helped find an additional room at short notice. She agreed a price match and worked out all the costs and payment. Christalla was excellent and I was pleased she dealed with me. So courteous and helpful and I highly commend her and Esh.
