You need to be more flexible regarding the inventory of goods stored in your premises. I only found out that once the staff have booked you in, you cannot go online and add extra goods to your inventory, you are blocked. To add extra items to your inventory, you need to ask the reception staff to do this for you.

On arrival I was greeted very pleasantly by a member of your staff called Esh. With this being my first time moving house in London and also using storage space Esh took me through each stage thoroughly, with attentive engagement and a great sense of humour. This made my experience very relaxed and helped me understand in detail how everything works and what I should do if I need any assistance. He dealt with me unloading a lot of information on to him very well about the move, he provided a great service and was a really friendly person to be greeted by on arrival. The experience was made very personal and I would recommend Big Yellow to someone because of the; ease of use, value for money, great customer service and safety / conditions of the building. I found that having 50% off my first 8 weeks and being able to pay in '8 week split' was a major relief as I would not of been able to afford / use the storage space otherwise. I also think that the safety and security of the building and the space is great, it has put me at ease knowing my stuff will be safe and well maintained in good conditions.
