There's nothing I could find fault with.

I'd made a mistake- but it was very quickly rectified. Super swift service- very professional.

I found the experience to be very smooth and customer service were very understanding of the fact that I had not completed by online checkin. They let me prioritise the filling of my unit as I had two men and a van that I was paying for by the minute. Then I finalised check in afterwards, meaning I saved money on my van.

Professional and polite service, everything clearly explained. Served by Elton on both occassions.

Staff well informative and an commendating.As this was my first experience,storing my belongings.Very impressed with the company set up,and high standard of security.

Staff were helpful and friendly, everything was explained clearly. Easy to acces, great lift space and access to lockers. Only let down are the toilet facility's. they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months there was even excrement on the floor and walls

The whole experience was outstanding. Moving day for us was was very stressful and took us much longer than we thought, so we arrived at the Edmonton store with only 45 minutes until closing time. But your staff member Elton couldn't have been more helpful. He helped us up to our room, allowed us to stay 15 mins beyond closing to finish up and made the whole process a dream.

Great customer service by the gentleman on the desk at 24th march at 4. Excellent help with all inquiries made. Definitely deserves promotion
