Customer service, friendliness, ease of use

Staff well informative and an commendating.As this was my first experience,storing my belongings.Very impressed with the company set up,and high standard of security.

Staff were helpful and friendly, everything was explained clearly. Easy to acces, great lift space and access to lockers. Only let down are the toilet facility's. they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months there was even excrement on the floor and walls

The whole experience was outstanding. Moving day for us was was very stressful and took us much longer than we thought, so we arrived at the Edmonton store with only 45 minutes until closing time. But your staff member Elton couldn't have been more helpful. He helped us up to our room, allowed us to stay 15 mins beyond closing to finish up and made the whole process a dream.

Great customer service by the gentleman on the desk at 24th march at 4. Excellent help with all inquiries made. Definitely deserves promotion

The price & the service was great!

My initial experience was upsetting, but this was soon made right. I would like to commend the speed and care taken to change my experience.

The customer service is really good as is the facility and im happy with the pricing.

Quick and easy to set up. Answers to questions readily available online. Staff in-branch day to get hold of and very helpful.

The customer service was really good, esh tried hard to accommodate me. My movers messed up the room and he offered to sort it for me later that day. Unfortunately mynmove took too long and I hav btbhad chance to sort it yet.
