So far l am very satisfied with Big Yellow.

It was my first time having to use a storage facility so I didn't really have an expectation as to what the service / experience would be like, to be honest it was a decision made within 10 minutes so my first priority was to find the most convenient location at a fair price. However, having quickly jumped onto your website to get more idea of the process I was impressed with the simple and clear way that you showed what type of space may be suitable for my needs. The whole Big Yellow brand hits the nail on the head when it comes to fulling a need for simplicity and being a straight-forward company to deal with. If I had one small gripe that would be the limited amount of larger trolleys that were available for use, at one point I had a double bedstead looming in the van and a single small trolley looking sadly at me... thankfully Paula went on her travels and found me a larger trolley which saved my biceps a premature workout for the day. Overall, I'll be definitely using the service both domestically and for business in the near future.
