Customer service was excellent - Courteous and knowledgeable. Space was clean and tidy - inside the hired unit and the office areas/loading bays.

Quick and simple to get online quote. Helpful follow up on the phone in advance of booking (both Elton int he branch and someone in the central team). Excellent service from Dave on the day.

Friendly, polite service. Took account of personal needs, for example, offered refreshments. Took time to explain things to ensure understanding. My interactions included David (Manager) and Paula who dealt with the majority of the process.
