THe customer services experience was pleasant, informative, clear and quick. The process was conducted with Elton and Mitesh whom explained and gave me the choice of storage. I ended up chosing the right one for my needs.

Competitive rate for 8 weeks Very helpful and friendly staff Clean corridors and room Good entry system using codes, plenty of parking and range mod trolly sizes Given all this good experience it was rather a shame to discover the state of the customer toilet was disappointing and in need of attention. This was only aspect that prevented score of 10/10

I'm totally satisfied with the experience so far

Personel extremely kind, organized, attentive and fast. We were even invited to have a tea/coffee while sitting in the office.

Customer service was impeccable but as with big yellow i was asked to sign things which did not clearly state details of refunds, cancellation periods, and padlock price was included in quote at a cost of 18 pounds, although worth only five. shelves wre oerfectly clean.

I've Never used storage before and it was explained to me slowly and completely. Pointing out why the insurance and how necessary the itinerary was

The service I receive from day one was excellent. The security worker was excellent with the information that he gave me and was very helpful. the security offered for your belongs is also excellent and I would recommend your company to my friends.
