Good clean secure storage and easy to use once the staff give you a good solid demo. Location is a bit difficult to navigate to at first. Recommended.

not happy wit the space was told the space could hold a one bedroom flat, but non getting there it was too small for the storage of a one bedroom flat

I had never used storage units before so didn't really have a clue what to expect. I went to the store and the staff there was helpful, friendly & professional. Showed me a couple of units so I could decide which size I wanted, explained the process & cost, explained the security procedures, everything really! The store itself is conveniently located, clean, and brightly lit. So far I'm very pleased with the Big Yellow store at Edmonton!

solves a lot of problems in one go. It is worth the price just for the piece of mind. Was a bit surprised that the( square footage) applies to the volume of the container and not floor space. But the polite and helpful staff helped us to find what we needed.

Great service, friendly staff, easy to access and use store. Only downside is I wish I could have access out of hours.

Everything about this branch is fine except: on exit from the lift, the signage and the numbering of the lockers is confusing. Very frustrating.

I would recommend the service offered, i was very nervous and unsure about the whole set-up and the staff made everything so easy for me.

I was totally disorganised, I thought I could get packed, hire a van, and get to New Cross from Walthamstow by 5pm. As it dawned on me I could NOT, Big Yellow changed me to Edmonton, no fuss, no penalty and they stayed open later. The only problem is finding the way from the A406. Leave enough time to go back and forth unless you know the area. We were late but the staff were brilliant. And they let me have a bigger space, I got that wrong too.
