I recently used BYSS for the 1st time and a s aresult had no idea what to expect or indeed what was expected of me. Upon arrival I was met by a gentleman in reception who was incredibly helpful and very patient with me as I asked lots of questions. All the storage side of things is straightforward but the customer service made the difference. Well Done.
Straightforward, easy to use, and flexible. I was impressed with how easy it was to arrange, and the staff were very pleasant. I would recommend going to see the room before bringing your belongings, as 50 sq ft was smaller than I expected! I also wish the opening hours were longer in the evening.
Storing stuff at big yellow is really easy - I wasn't sure on room size when I was booking and when I got there the room I had booked was too small. There was no problem though and I was straight away giving a bigger room.
i have never used self storage before, and the staff at edmonton yellow box made the experiance simple and easy from start to finish. the staff could not do enough to help, they were excellent. i will definatley recommend yellow box to anyone considering using self storage.
Moving home is always a stressful experience, but the staff at Big Yellow helped to take away some of the pain with their excellent customer service, prompt efficiency and friendly attitude, all of which helped me to keep hold of a little of my sense of humour. Thanks!

It's such a big, brash building that I thought it might be a big, brash company to deal with. It's not. Ordinary people, clean building. A few simple forms to fill in and that's it. Should have done it before, no problems at all.
The whole process was very easy and the staff were great.
Good choice of different sized storage units but the lights on the floor that I keep unloading from keep turning out so I have to walk all the way back to the lift to reactivate them, yet the lights in the other zones in the corridor where no one is unloading stay on !
I had a delivery to my storage space which I couldn't make, so I made arrangements with the store for the delivery company to pick up my key and deliver it for me, the staff couldn't have helped more, very impressed indeed.
