On line check in made things really strait forward and the member of staff guided me thru the process clearly. Would definitely recommend this service.

Very pleased with this storage company. Friendly staff, security good and had half price deal initially.

Everything about this branch is fine except: on exit from the lift, the signage and the numbering of the lockers is confusing. Very frustrating.

I would recommend the service offered, i was very nervous and unsure about the whole set-up and the staff made everything so easy for me.

I was totally disorganised, I thought I could get packed, hire a van, and get to New Cross from Walthamstow by 5pm. As it dawned on me I could NOT, Big Yellow changed me to Edmonton, no fuss, no penalty and they stayed open later. The only problem is finding the way from the A406. Leave enough time to go back and forth unless you know the area. We were late but the staff were brilliant. And they let me have a bigger space, I got that wrong too.

Staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Guy called Paul was very helpful, friendly and explained everything brilliantly.

Great storage deal - found staff helpful but seemed to be rushing through paperwork and not clear at explaining everything. Also, was advised needed to puchase one of their locks for insurance to be valid - but noticed other people had thier own locks. Great security - but opening hours could be more accomodating for people that work 9-6 so can only access the site on weekends.

This is my first experience using self storage, if they all operate like Big Yellow I would be more than happy to use this facility again.

expensive for long term. if you find storage further out of London it can be cheaper
