Great service form Big Yellow Edmonton. The whole process was very easy and the staff super helpful and polite. Stephanie made several courtesy calls and even guided me through the app process making sure it all worked and what to do at the gates. In a world where customer service seems pretty poor and frustrating, Big Yellow stand out and consequently I would recommend them.
