Karyn helped us to get the right size unit, she explained everything nicely and clearly from the reservation call until the refund after we moved our stuff out. Anthony at Big Yellow Storage in Eltham was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. He helped me choose the right storage size, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. He was also very friendly, patient, and went above and beyond by helping me with a few things on my phone as well. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, and his excellent customer service really stood out.
