Customer reviews for Eltham Self Storage

Top notch service by Karyn, recommended!

Anthony at Big Yellow Storage in Eltham was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. He helped me choose the right storage size, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. He was also very friendly, patient, and went above and beyond by helping me with a few things on my phone as well. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, and his excellent customer service really stood out.

I was dealing with Anthony yesterday on my departure from my storage unit and he was very polite and helpful as everything went smoothly. Thanks
