From my initial enquiries right through to registering and moving in, everything was made very clear. Staff were extremely helpful; when I needed to view the room to make sure it was large enough for purposes, there was no hesitation in making arrangements, and indeed on the day I moved in I was invited to take another look to be sure I was satisfied. At every stage staff were courteous and efficient, and the registration/payment process was done with good humour and ease.
