From my initial online enquiry, Adam has kept me informed of the process and when I completed my check in at Big Yellow Eltham, I found him to be courteous and respectful of my needs and was able to upgrade the storage space I required without any problems. He and his colleague (sadly I don't have his name) were both so pleasant and helpful, it made a stressful process much easier.

When I called Karen explained the whole process very well and also gave number of removal company..Karen also sent email to myself explaining charges and date booked in. The Removal company was excellent and between yellow storage Manager and Removal company we moved our furniture in stress free. Thank you

Everything was clear, the staff were helpful and my inability to attend the move-in due to coronavirus restrictions was easily accommodated. The only hiccup was an underestimate of the storage space required so that I had to take a supplementary space, but this was smoothly managed.
