Overall, fairly happy. A few issues/suggestions: 1. Quite sneaky how the insurance costs are added on - there's little transparency of the insurance costs when getting the initial quote. 2. The room I've been provided with has a couple of large pillars in it. This isn't too much of a problem, but this was not at all what I was expecting, and would certainly have preferred a room without pillars in it. No option was given to change to a different room. 3. 25% of boxes is welcome - but not made clear that it didn't apply to the starter kit, which was disappointing. 4. The receipts provided are pretty poor - absolutely no indication of what they're actually for. No tax info which is quite unhelpful. 5. Ongoing costs are not made clear. I had expected to receive some documentation making the ongoing weekly cost (after the initial 8 week period) clear. The sense is that all the cost info is hidden and not particularly easy to work out. A more transparent process would be much more welcome. 6. Store staff were polite, friendly and welcoming.
