All in all in all the process was well handled and easy to do.

From my initial enquiries right through to registering and moving in, everything was made very clear. Staff were extremely helpful; when I needed to view the room to make sure it was large enough for purposes, there was no hesitation in making arrangements, and indeed on the day I moved in I was invited to take another look to be sure I was satisfied. At every stage staff were courteous and efficient, and the registration/payment process was done with good humour and ease.

It well very well, especially given the current covid restrictions. The only blocker was the Internet being down when we arrived which is outside your control. We are very happy as I write this.
