During these difficult times with covid-19, to display such excellent customer service at 08:05am was widely appreciate.

I was greeting upon arrival and was given full talk through of units available. I was given a tour and was able to see unit sizes before deciding what I wanted.

The whole process was extremely easy and I was taken through the process from beginning to end. The staff at the Eltham branch were very helpful and took their time to explain everything and no question was too much bother

Hi, The whole experience has been made very easy by all parties involved. Mark was particularly helpful advising upon sofa coverings, something I had not considered.
