Oliver Charles was fantastic. An extremely friendly, knowledgeable & attentive employee. He took time to explain everything, showed us the space, how to gain access etc. It was very refreshing to get such attentive and wonderful customer service. He is a true asset to your business.

As I was moving from one big yellow to another I was treated as a member and I felt there was a really good strategy and routine for this in place.
Everything was good and went quick even through the phone I was informed about I needed to know and in the shop as well Adam looked after me he was helpful and quick. he explained to me everything. I just phoned on the day to book a room and everything went so smooth. I am satisfied with the service I got. This is is the first time but definitely if I need again I won’t hesitate who to choose.

The young chap in the store Oliver maybe was great and explained everything very well. The constant calling as soon as I made an online enquiry was very annoying though and by far the only thing that was stressful about the whole thing until I blocked your number. It was the only way to get some quiet.
