It was hassle free and very straight forward. Oliver and his colleague were polite and friendly.

As I was moving from one big yellow to another I was treated as a member and I felt there was a really good strategy and routine for this in place.

Everything was good and went quick even through the phone I was informed about I needed to know and in the shop as well Adam looked after me he was helpful and quick. he explained to me everything. I just phoned on the day to book a room and everything went so smooth. I am satisfied with the service I got. This is is the first time but definitely if I need again I won’t hesitate who to choose.

My initial enquiring was easier than I thought.

The young chap in the store Oliver maybe was great and explained everything very well. The constant calling as soon as I made an online enquiry was very annoying though and by far the only thing that was stressful about the whole thing until I blocked your number. It was the only way to get some quiet.

Mark was very helpfull make sure i have the correct size unit

I found it very easy to deal with Nick and Mark at the Eltham storage unit. I called them up last minute and they managed to fit me in on the same day.

The whole process, both initially by telephone and followed by my visit to the facility were both easy and rather pleasant. This was all down to the assistance I received from a gentleman called Mark whose clear explanations of the whole process of booking in plus easy to understand demonstrations of the entry requirements made it easy for me. I commend this gentleman to you.

The team at Eltham are always very friendly and helpful. I even got a cup of tea from them whilst waiting for a delivery!
