With my initial enquiry I spoke with Oliver on the phone. He was brilliant He explained the whole process very clearly as this is the first time I have used a storage facility. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. He reassured me on the process and explained the prices to me. He even matched a quote I had been given from a different storage company I had called. Oliver was a big part of the final decision for why I chose to go with Big Yellow.
