Having been let down by Access Storage (booking online only to find the units do not exist) I was incredibly impressed with Big Yellow Eltham. It was great that I could book in online and secure storage. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Mariola gave me a call before visiting to confirm what I had to bring and was very knowledgeable and helpful during the sign-up and move in. Really impressed!!

Everything was explained really well and the team were very friendly and professional on the phone during our initial enquiry. When we had to change our dates they were accommodating and changed our booking right away.
