I arrived under very stressful circumstances ( having a van full of furniture that was unable to be unloaded at Shureguard due to inferior trolleys, lifts not working etc) Nick and Adam treated me with kindness and consideration and accommodated my furniture immediately. The movers I was using had insisted on going to Big Yellow and this proved to be the right move!
