Extremely helpful and friendly customer service from start to finish. I was really pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was and every person we interacted with was wonderful. What a great team.

I arrived under very stressful circumstances ( having a van full of furniture that was unable to be unloaded at Shureguard due to inferior trolleys, lifts not working etc) Nick and Adam treated me with kindness and consideration and accommodated my furniture immediately. The movers I was using had insisted on going to Big Yellow and this proved to be the right move!

Initial query was informative and helped with the decision making process.

Preliminary calls, service by Adam and general efficiency all very impressive. Terms and conditions clearly explained and excellent, quick customer care. Very clean facility too.

The guys on the front desk were brilliant . Explain everything well, And was a easy and pleasant storage move .

I was dealt with very professionally and I am very happy so far.
