I was very impressed by the way I was treated especially by Chris he was very helpful and extremely sport on in explaining whatever I wanted to know. Well done Chris.

The store team were really helpful and polite. Everything that I needed to know about the security and access was explained a few times to ensure that I was happy on what to do. The Check-in-Online definitely does speed up the paperwork. Overall it was a very simple / easy process to rent storage space for both my daughters belongings now that they have finished university for the summer.

The need for insurance was mentioned neither in writing nor verbally and therefore constituted a hidden cost. Otherwise the initial enquiry was handled very professionally.
