This was such a straight forward, hassle free and efficient process. Very helpful staff.

The staff are really professional and friendly. They explained everything and gave me the choice of location of my unit. The paperwork was completed in a very reasonable time. I found that the store was very clean and spacious.

Well laid out place, very friendly and polite staff. Bit of a faff getting all the paperwork sorted, but I am as much to blame for this as I didn't do the online check in. Definitely do this if you can as it will significantly shorten the time taken before you can move your things into storage. I did think it was a bit expensive but given the service and the set up I think it will be worth it in the long run.

The whole process from start to finish, including the friendly guys from A-Z removals, was very easy and simple. I would thoroughly recommend both Big Yellow and A-Z removals to anyone.

The staff could not have been more helpful. I even got a cup of tea whilst checking in. They helped with the locks and generally made me feel at home! This was actually a good experience and very personal.

I arranged to book some space through a call centre agent. She told me that I could pay 4 weekly. When I arrived at the Eltham store I was told that this was not correct and I needed to pay for 3 months. If I had known this in advance, I would not have used Big Yellow.

We found the new store welcoming and so easy to use. The staff were effiicent and friendly and talked you through the steps to take when using the lock-up store so that, importantly, it is simple to do when you are alone. Very important.
