From the first phone call to follow up calls, the various email communications, paperwork to complete, check in process and then meeting the really friendly team who explained everything very thoroughly and with politeness, patience and understanding of my needs. The booking on the phone was very good. Far too long a process to check in online and then another far too long process when you get to the store to sign in and pay, took nearly an hour with loads to sign etc Admin side needs to be made much simpler and quicker.
