I did my initial enquiry over live chat and it was SO. EASY. Really lovely guy sorted me out and was fully flexible to my ever changing plans thanks to corona

There were too many calls to my mobile after I made my booking, that was unnecessary. However the woman who booked me in and took my payment, showed me my unit etc was Amazing - she was so lovely and helpful.
