The initial enquiry was dealt well and the lady receptionist was exceptionally helpful to make the whole process easy and stress-free but the other gentleman was unhelpful and naughty, to say the least. Merely asking him for a straightforward 'Yes/No' question was problematic for him and he was a complete turn-off on my first day.

Ayub was extremely helpful and understanding - he explained the whole process easily and made moving my stuff into the storage unit an extremely joyful/easy experience. He was very delightful to speak to and was able to explain things again if I had not fully understood what he meant. Overall, my experience was extremely wonderful and I would like to highlight, again, that Ayub had a significant, positive impact on our experience.
